REQUIRED Actions for Graduation/Commencement

STEP 1

Graduation Application Form

All graduating students must complete the  Graduation Application Form. This form can also be found on the Registrar’s Office page of MyCedarCrest. Login is required to access the forms.

The deadline to submit this form has passed for May graduates.  The deadline for August 2023 and January 2024 graduates is March 1, 2023. Applications submitted after these dates are subject to appeal and may not be accepted. If you have not submitted your application, you must submit an appeal form to the Registrar’s Office.

STEP 2

Commencement Attendance Form

All graduating students must also complete the Commencement Attendance Form.  This and other reply forms can also be found on the Current Students tab in My CedarCrest.  Login is required to access the form.

The deadline to submit this form is Friday, April 14, 2023.

This form is MANDATORY for all graduates and is used to ensure:

• Your diploma is mailed to the correct address following the ceremony, even if not participating in the ceremony
• You receive important information about the ceremony, if participating
• You receive the link to reserve guest tickets, if participating
• Your name is printed in the program and is shown on the scrolling marquee at PPL, if participating

Other Steps

Settling Outstanding Balances and Fees

All graduating students must verify that their accounts are clear.  Any outstanding balances or fees must be paid by May 5, 2023, to receive a diploma.

Loan Exit Counseling

Federal regulations require loan borrowers to complete Loan Exit Counseling in order to make borrowers aware of their rights and responsibilities.  For more information about online counseling, please click HERE.
