Job Title: Art Faculty
The Art Department at Cedar Crest College invites applications for a resident faculty member, beginning August 2023. Cedar Crest College is seeking a Head Field Hockey Coach to develop, recruit and administer a competitive women’s field hockey program consistent with the student-athlete philosophy of NCAA Division III athletics. Job Title: Graduate Assistant Basketball Part time
Cedar Crest College, an NCAA Division III member, is accepting applications for a Graduate Assistant basketball coach. The Graduate Assistant/Coach will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all facets of the program. Job Title: Institutional and Registration Technologist
Cedar Crest College seeks a full-time Institutional and Registration Technologist to provide support for academic courses, while creating reports and dashboards to use in decision making by offices throughout the College. Reporting to the Director of Institutional Effectiveness/Registrar, the Institutional and Registration Technologist will respond to ad-hoc data requests from internal and external parties following the guidelines of FERPA while assisting with forecasting data resource needs for college offices and academic program reviews.
The successful candidate will support the Cedar Crest community as a whole to ensure academic data integrity by mining and auditing student records and course information for accuracy, reliability, and validity to utilize in college-wide longitudinal studies and external compliance reporting. The Institutional and Registration Technologist will participate in reviewing and revising college catalogs to be used in external surveys as well as accuracy of Jenzabar and the current college website. The position requires assistance with the administration of the Jenzabar registration module and the Watermark course evaluation system. Collaboration with the other college offices on data governance of the student information system will be expected as well as participation with course building and analysis of course requirements to help improve the efficiency and delivery of student learning experiences. This position requires an individual with excellent quantitative, analytical and technical skills who can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
A bachelor's degree is required in a preferred related field such as data analytics, statistics, business, psychology, computer science, or another field. Job Title: Simulation Center Technician, School of Nursing
Cedar Crest College invites applications for an experienced technician to maintain the College’s nursing laboratory and simulation center, including preparing and setting up for student and faculty use, cleaning up, conducting routine maintenance, and serving as simulation operator for various scenarios in clinical education. Our Nursing Simulation Center is one of the best-equipped in the region, with three state-of-the-art multimedia labs, highly specialized simulation manikins, a community health lab that replicates a home environment and two simulation centers with streaming video. Job Title: Graduate Assistant -Track & Field/Cross Country
Part time
Cedar Crest College, an NCAA Division III member, is accepting applications for a graduate assistant track & field/cross country for 2023-2024, with an emphasis on the sprints and jumps events. The graduate assistant/coach will be responsible for assisting the head coach in all facets of the job. Responsibilities will include: practice planning, meet preparation, recruiting responsibilities, fundraising and other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director. The GA will also assist in the day-to-day operations of the athletic program including developing and implementing initiatives that best serve the student population. This position includes shared on campus housing, 12 credits annually and an annual stipend of $4,000.00.

Job Title: Director of Facilities Management
Cedar Crest College is seeking an experienced Director of Facilities Management who will be responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of the facilities, including buildings and associated electrical and mechanical systems, utility systems to include water, natural gas and electricity, grounds, streets, sidewalks and athletic facilities. Responsibilities also include project programming, conceptual design, total project cost estimating, and schedule development, in addition to working closely with College leadership, committees and stakeholders in assessing, qualifying and analyzing campus and facility needs and providing strategic and long term campus and facility planning services. The Director also provides leadership, direction and supervision to facilities and grounds staff. The Director reports to the Vice President for Campus Operations, serves as chair of the College’s safety committee and is an ex-officio member of the Facilities and Property Committee of the Board of Trustees.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of six years’ experience in the planning, management and operations of capital projects, in addition to successfully leading and motivating staff also required. Job Title: Professional Tutor – Mathematics

Cedar Crest College is seeking a part-time tutor for mathematics. Reporting to the Director of Academic Services and Student Success and operating in the Student Success Center, the Professional Tutor for mathematics provides individual and group tutoring services for students enrolled in courses or programs requiring competency in math. The Professional Tutor also provides tutoring for students preparing for standardized tests such as the TEAS or PAPA exams. The Professional Tutor assists students in accessing other academic resources, and collaborates with faculty and staff to provide other supports such as workshops and exam preparation sessions. The tutor would work up to 20 hours a week for up to 16 weeks during the semester.
A Bachelor’s degree in appropriate content area is required; Master’s degree preferred. Prior experience teaching or tutoring algebra, statistics, and calculus at the college level is also required. Rodale Aquatic Center (RAC), located on the campus of Cedar Crest College, is seeking qualified Swim Instructors and Lifeguards to join our busy center on a part time basis. These part-time positions are flexible, between 10 – 25 hours per week.
Swim Instructors: Part-time hours weekdays between 4 pm to 7 pm. Paid training is available for instructors if currently certified in lifeguarding OR have trained on a swim team. Experienced swim instructors with a proven history in swimming instruction are also encouraged to apply.
Lifeguards: part time afternoon and evening hours with the flexibility to extend hours throughout the day, evening and weekends. Current lifeguarding certification required.

The College’s commissioned officers provide for the safety and welfare of the entire campus community, including our residential housing, on a 24 hour basis, 7 days a week. Basic duties include patrolling assigned areas, enforcing laws, policies and regulations, investigating crimes and accidents, responding to emergencies or other calls for service, preparing reports and providing safety education.
A degree in criminal justice and/or prior experience in law enforcement (Act 120), preferred. Act 235 certification is required. The ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to campus community interaction and safety education.
