- Complete all Health and Counseling Services paperwork through Medicat.
- Submit your Athletic Medical Clearance forms.
- Provide a sports physical dated after June 1, 2026, required for all new NCAA student-athletes.
- Complete all SportsWare requirements. These student-athlete medical requirements are in addition to the general health forms above.
Coaches will begin sending details about physicals to new athletes on June 1. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with your coach!
