Professional Licensing

In accordance with federal laws [34 CFR 668.43(c) and 34 CFR 668.43(c)(5)(v)] (effective July 1, 2020),out-of-state students enrolled in majors/programs which result in professional licensure will be provided with information (in writing):

  • if Cedar Crest College does not meet the educational requirements for licensure in the student’s location,
  • or if the College cannot determine if Cedar Crest’s curriculum meets the educational requirements for licensure in a student’s location.

Student location is defined as the location at the time of application to the College.Students are required per the College Catalog to notify the Registrar’s Office of an address change within 30 days of this change.Student questions concerning professional licensure requirements in his/her location should be addressed with the assigned academic advisor in the student’s major or program.
