Application Procedure

A student’s application is reviewed on a rolling basis, although some programs have application deadlines which can be found online.  Applications are considered complete when the following items have been submitted to the School of Adult and Graduate Education:

  1. An online application which can be submitted at www.cedarcrest.edu/apply.
  2. Official transcript from bachelor’s degree-granting institution.  Some programs may require transcripts from all college/post-secondary schools attended.
  3. Supplemental documents required for each graduate program.

International students, please refer to “Admission Credentials: International Students” section for additional items required.

Notification

Notification of admission is made on a rolling basis.  For most graduate programs, as soon as an applicant’s credentials are complete, they are reviewed, and the applicant is informed of the decision. A student’s acceptance is contingent upon the successful completion of any academic work currently in progress.

To indicate acceptance of the offer of admission some programs require a deposit, for others, the student must schedule an appointment with their Faculty Advisor and register for classes.  An orientation is hosted one week prior to the semester.
