Continuing an over 150-year commitment to making high-quality education accessible and affordable, Cedar Crest College has announced a tuition reduction for their adult undergraduate programs and select graduate programs effective Fall 2024.

Adult undergraduate courses offered by the School of Adult and Graduate Education (SAGE) at Cedar Crest will be lowered to $475 per credit, representing a $150 decrease per credit. In addition, Cedar Crest is making nursing education more affordable through a significant tuition reduction for its Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs. The per-credit tuition for these programs will be reduced to $495, $670, and $795 per credit, respectively. These new rates are the lowest among nursing programs in the Lehigh Valley, and students will still be able to utilize Cedar Crest’s state-of-the-art simulation lab at no additional cost. Rounding out the tuition decrease is the Master of Arts in Art Therapy (MAAT) program with a reduction to $775 per credit, enhancing accessibility for aspiring art therapists.

These adjustments further support the College’s mission of fostering an inclusive educational environment that accommodates the needs of its diverse student body. Cedar Crest remains committed to maintaining an exceptional quality of education, ensuring that all students – past, present, and future – benefit from a continuous pursuit of excellence.

“Cedar Crest College has a long-standing commitment to making college affordable for all,” says President Elizabeth Meade. “I am so proud that we are offering a new pricing structure for our adult learners, who deserve every possible support as they go to school while working, raising a family, caring for loved ones, and handling other responsibilities. I want every adult learner to know that we see you working hard for a better future, and we are here for you!”

As an institution, Cedar Crest remains dedicated to seeing and empowering its student body. This change serves as a testament to the College’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of leaders.
