Cedar Crest College’s School of Nursing is proud to announce that its National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) overall first-time pass rate is, for the third year in a row, the best in the Lehigh Valley. Cedar Crest’s nursing program has long been held in high regard and stands as a leader of healthcare in the area. The College’s 100% pass rate is well above the national rate of 91.7%, as well as the Pennsylvania pass rate, which is 94.3%.
“We are incredibly proud that our BSN graduates have achieved a 100% first-time pass rate on the NCLEX. This remarkable accomplishment is a testament to the exceptional quality of our School of Nursing,” says Wendy Robb, Dean of the School of Nursing. “Our students are thoroughly prepared to meet the complex demands of modern healthcare practice, thanks to the dedication and expertise of our outstanding faculty and staff. The comprehensive resources and innovative learning environment we provide ensure that our graduates are not only knowledgeable, but also highly skilled and ready to excel in their nursing careers.”
Cedar Crest students have consistently performed well on the NCLEX, scoring highly and entering the job market as competent, compassionate nurses. The 100% pass rate is a testament to the quality of the College’s nursing program and the dedicated educators leading it.
“Cedar Crest College School of Nursing offers an unparalleled educational experience that combines rigorous academics with hands-on clinical practice in our state-of-the-art Simulation Center and regional healthcare sites,” says Robb. “Our nursing program provides students with a well-rounded education through diverse clinical experiences at a wide variety of sites.
