Cedar Crest College Cybersecurity Incident

Update
As an update to our cybersecurity incident, we continue to actively investigate the nature and scope of the incident with the assistance of third-party specialists. We are also working with their guidance to securely restore access to our systems. Because the investigation is still in progress, we cannot yet provide a definitive timetable for the restoration of every affected service but will update you with relevant information.
We continue to cooperate with federal law enforcement in furtherance of their investigation.

The HelpDesk should be used for technical support. It is not the correct channel for questions about the cybersecurity incident.
Do not include passwords, Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical information, identification documents, or other sensitive personal information in an email or general HelpDesk ticket.

Using this dedicated email will help the College respond to incident-related inquiries while allowing the HelpDesk to focus on technical problems affecting access to College services.
Do not submit sensitive personal information through email. The College will provide secure instructions if additional information is needed to address an inquiry.
