Meet Jennifer Grell, MS, RN 

Jennifer Grell is a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience in diverse roles, recently focused on electronic health records, data analytics, workflow redesign, quality, and performance improvement. Skilled in trauma and critical care, Jennifer is known for improving patient outcomes through resourcefulness and clinical expertise.  

 

Meet Yvonne Santiago, RN 

Yvonne Santiago is an accomplished healthcare IT leader with 26 years of clinical and leadership experience. A Cedar Crest College nursing graduate, she began her career in critical care before transitioning to clinical informatics in 2011. Today, she leads IT operations supporting clinical and ancillary care, using her nursing and technology expertise to improve care delivery, patient safety, and quality outcomes.
