The partnership will offer Good Shepherd employees tuition discounts for Undergraduate and Graduate programs at Cedar Crest College

Bethlehem, PA, August 28, 2023: Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network employees, their spouses, and their dependents can now enjoy a newly discounted tuition rate when pursuing their studies at Cedar Crest College, thanks to a renewed partnership between the two organizations.

Through this partnership, Good Shepherd employees, as well as their spouses and dependents, are eligible to receive discounted tuition. New full-time traditional students are eligible for not less than $26,600 in Cedar Crest College institutional aid toward full-time tuition (60% of the total comprehensive tuition rate for 2023-2024). Adult undergraduate and graduate programs are eligible for a 25% per credit discount.

Included in this scholarship and discount program are Cedar Crest’s industry-leading programs in nursing, the health sciences, nutrition, business, and more. Our School of Nursing programs include the BSN, ABSN, MSN, and DNP Nurse Practitioner programs for Family Nursing Practice and Adult/Gerontology Acute Care. Other graduate programs include the MBA, Healthcare and Human Resource Management certificates, the Master’s in Exercise Science or Nutrition, the MPH (starting Fall 2024), and manymore.*

Students who plan to start in Fall 2023 or later will have to affirm their status as a Good Shepherd employee, spouse, or employee dependent seeking participation in the program.

“The scholarships and discounts for Good Shepherd employees and dependents increase opportunity and affordability, making a Cedar Crest College nursing education more accessible and allowing more people to consider this career path in the face of the global nursing shortage,” says Wendy Robb, Dean of the School of Nursing. “The return on investment is significant, and the rewards of a career in nursing are priceless!”
