Caitlin Bailey, M.F.A., joined Cedar Crest College in February 2025 as the Administrative and Events Associate for the Art and Performing Arts Departments. She supports Art, Art Therapy, the Gallery, Theatre, Music, and Dance through event planning, administrative coordination, and creative project support. Caitlin holds a B.A. in Elementary Education with Certification in Special Education from Centenary University and an M.F.A. in Graphic Design with a focus in Photography from Marywood University. Prior to Cedar Crest, she coached esports, robotics, and FIRST LEGO League teams in New Jersey. Outside of work, she enjoys creating art, exploring nature, volunteering with STEAM programs, and freelancing as a photographer. Her favorite Cedar Crest production has been PUFFS, a funny and heartfelt show that celebrates friendship, resilience, and finding your place in the story.
