If you earned an undergraduate degree and are a mid-career professional looking to advance your current career or start a new one in the field of business, we see you. The graduate certificate in Strategic Leadership is a part-time, 12-credit online program that can be completed in one to two years. 

This certificate program will equip you with the skills needed to: 

  • Evaluate principles and strategies for ethical leadership and legal compliance within organizations.
  • Investigate marketing approaches to understand markets (locally and globally), competitors, portfolios of products, and analytic technologies.
  • Explore and examine models of change and the implications of emerging technologies in organizations.
  • Examine effective team-building and intercultural communication strategies to build and sustain productive work environments.
