An official transcript serves as the college’s certified statement of all academic records. Our office does not process physical payments in the office.
Transcript orders are processed through Parchment. Parchment is one of the leading credential platforms and is well known for its swift and efficient transcript delivery processes. Transcripts processed through Parchment are securely encrypted and can be sent electronically or by mail to the institution or address that you provide.
It is important to note that many institutions and organizations will not count a transcript as “official” if it is not sent directly to them by our office.
(Former Students & Alumni) – Order through Parchment
- Visit our Parchment Ordering Portal to Order your Official Transcript
- Select “Ordering your own credentials or academic record”
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your request.
(Current Students) – Order through My CedarCrest
- Log into MYCC.
- Navigate to the Registrar’s Office Portal.
- Select “Request Transcript” under the Transcript Requests section.
Current students can retrieve at any time a copy of their unofficial transcript at no cost. Contrary to an official transcript, unofficial transcripts do not carry the official seal of the college, nor does it contain any official signatures. Former students and alumni must order an official transcript through Parchment. Students, either current or former, that have an outstanding financial hold on their account will not be able to receive an official transcript until the hold is removed.
