Scott Bartkus Appointed as Director of Cedar Crest College’s Master of Business Administration Program

Cedar Crest College is pleased to share the appointment of Scott Bartkus as Director of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, effective January 2024. 

“I’m honored to take on this role at Cedar Crest College,” says Bartkus. “True honor lies in embracing responsibilities where others depend on you, and I’m dedicated to being an ally to every member of our diverse community. I’m excited to embark on this journey as Director of Cedar Crest’s MBA program with its unique focus on women’s leadership and commitment to empowering the next generation of leaders.” 

Bartkus has long been a prominent member of the Greater Lehigh Valley community, with prior experience teaching at several local colleges and universities. He is the founder of several start-up companies, which culminated in him being awarded the Lehigh Valley Business Journal’s “Best of the Valley” in 2015 and 2016, as well as the “Forty under 40” award in 2013.  

In his role as director, Bartkus has several goals in mind for the future of the MBA program. The strength of the program remains top priority, with objectives including increasing enrollment, creating stronger community alliances, and forming deeper connections with Cedar Crest’s alumnae network. Through these efforts, Bartkus strives to further grow and develop the MBA program’s legacy of producing creative and innovative thinkers in an ever-changing business world.
