A Conversation Around Gender and Sexual Diversity

These modules are all MANDATORY for all employees. To remain present with the current issues and narratives surrounding our very diverse campus community, each employee will be required to attend all three modules.

Each employee will have until June 2025 to complete the modules. Attendance and participation will be tracked by the office of Diversity and Inclusion and the office of Human Resources.

Faculty and Staff of Color – Colleague Resource Group  

This network was launched in June 2020 and aims to foster connections and develop community for Faculty and Staff of Color at Cedar Crest College. If you self-identify as a person of color and are interested in participating in this group contact Leon S. John, Jr., Ph.D., Chief Diversity Officer.

This group will: 

  • Offer resources, support and information to strengthen the connection for People of Color within the CCC community
  • Provide opportunities for trainings and professional development 
  • Provide a voice for Faculty, Staff and Students of Color 
  • Host events to strengthen the connection within CCC, in the LVAIC consortium and with the local community
